Craftsmanship

For us, the longevity of our products is essential. Quality means designing brakes that impress with their functionality and reliability and stick with you for years and keep bringing you joy. We’ve made sure you can easily move your brakes from one bike to the next without any hassle.

Hand-made in germany

A room, four workbenches, a few cheerful colleagues and plenty of passion for detail come together to craft our brakes. The heart of our small company in the south of Freiburg has always been production. Every brake is assembled by hand in our workshop, each one custom-made. From the initial concept to development, assembly, and quality control, everything happens under one roof.

High-quality materials and tight manufacturing tolerances form the foundation for uncompromising functionality, reliability, and aesthetics. Most of our CNC-milled parts are sourced from Germany, allowing us to work closely with suppliers and keep transportation routes short. After assembly, each brake undergoes rigorous technical and visual checks to meet the highest quality standards. Only then is it carefully packaged and shipped to its new owner.

REPAIRABILITY

Mountain biking often involves the occasional tumble. Wear and tear, as well as crashes, are all part of the experience – which is why the repairability of our brakes is so important. Depending on the model, Trickstuff brakes consist of around 60 individual parts, all assembled by hand. This meticulous process not only requires time and attention to detail but also ensures that every single component can be replaced or repaired in case of damage.
